熠熠生辉的海派风华——“京海观潮”水墨艺术展

由上海久事美术馆主办的“京海观潮——水墨艺术展”将于3月12日在外滩18号久事艺术空间展出。50余组水墨画作品,两位艺术大家范存刚、汤哲明先生的水墨书画作品总50余组。创作涵盖了花鸟、山水乃至书法等主题。皆是两位先生近两年来的集大成之作。

此次展览通过南北两位艺术家的基于各自对于中国传统书画的认识与理解,并结合多年的实践、创作与积淀,全方位展现了他们笔下各自精彩且独特的花鸟世界与山水精神。
范存刚的画作之妙,不仅在于书法的积淀,更源于对文人意趣的深入领悟。他始终以概括的语言、简约的笔墨描绘心灵的体验。因此,他笔下的花鸟世界无不删繁就简、极尽写意,充满灵性的跃然在纸上。
汤哲明的画作在吸收和借鉴了唐宋青绿工笔山水精髓之后又融入了自身对山水精神、意境的独特感悟。他的山水画中再现了几乎已失传的“界画”形式,并将古典界画题材与现代新意相融合,使其“复古”中亦体现出时代的“摩登”。

久事美术馆始终秉持以研究、展示、弘扬海派艺术的宗旨,为海派艺术乃至中国传统文化艺术创造一个多元化、多维度的展览交流平台。此次展览特别呈现两位来自不同城市,经历不同文化背景的艺术大家,并通过他们作品间的“交流”、“碰撞”与“共鸣“为观众带来中国传统书画的博大精深以及海派艺术的发展与演变。

“Chefs Week” will be unveiled at L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon Shanghai soon

We are pleased to announce that “Chefs Week” will be unveiled on 25th-31st March, 2019. By bringing together Joël Robuchon’s family of chefs to celebrate the 3rd-year anniversary of L’Atelier, we would continue telling Mr.Robuchon’s culinary legacy through special dishes. Below is the four chefs’ introduction who will be joining in “Chefs Week” .

Eric Bouchenoire
A true perfectionist, he was elected « Meilleur Ouvrier de France » in 2000. Eric is in Joël Robuchon’s brigade since 1985, he is Robuchon’s closest co-worker. It is in tandem that he assists Joël Robuchon to implement the new creations.

François BENOT
Fascinated by pastry and always in search for the last trends, he went across the Channel and across the Atlantic to find inspiration. In May 2004, Francois joins Joël Robuchon’s team for the opening of La Table in Paris and quickly became the person in charge of the pastries. His style is so personal and avant gardist that it makes him a leader as a chef for a whole generation of young pastry chefs.
 

Philippe Braun
His passion for gastronomy was given to him by his uncle Emile Jung of the restaurant Le Crocodile in Strasbourg. After a world tour, Philippe integrates in 1986 Joël Robuchon’s brigade at Jamin in Paris, then in 1991 at Laurent always in Paris, where he gained 2 Michelin stars. In 2003, he opened L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon’s Paris.
 

Tomonori Danzaki
Tomonori Danzaki, trained by Guy Savoy, Bernard Loiseau and at “Taillevent”, joined Joël Robuchon in 1994 for the opening of Joël Robuchon’s gastronomic restaurant in Tokyo where he became it’s Executive Chef. In 2005, he was in charge of Joël Robuchon’s gastronomic restaurant in Las Vegas and in 2010 he became the Executive Chef of Joël Robuchon’s gastronomic restaurant in Singapore.
