New cocktails for Hakkatini Nights


Exclusive winter cocktails now available during Hakkatini Nights. Every Wednesday from 7pm until late, Hakkatini Nights feature a collection of seasonal cocktails alongside live performances from our resident DJ Kadwell and pipa artist Zen.


The winter concoctions created by Matthew Hall, Bar Manager of Hakkasan Shanghai, are inspired by not only by local ingredients but also his love for the city. A few highlights from this season’s Hakkatini menu includes: Pacific Sour made with whiskey, umeshu, a touch of grape and smoked plum syrup, vanilla and lime and a curious cocktail called At Ti Laig, short for “All The Things I Love All In a Glass” fusing rum together with huangjiu and truffle honey as well as pandan nectar, all of the favourite ingredients that Matt has encountered throughout his residency here at Hakkasan Shanghai.
