The last week of March marks the fourth anniversary of Hakkasan Shanghai. Since its opening at the illustrious Bund18 in 2014, the Shanghai outpost captures the spirit of London’s contemporary culinary scene, and brings a modern twist to authentic Cantonese cuisine. This year, Hakkasan celebrates the occasion by highlighting “Cinematic Energy” which is at the heart of everything at Hakkasan.
On 30th March, Hakkasan Group’s Michelin-starred Executive Chef Tong Chee Hwee will be present in Shanghai offering a preview of the anniversary menu while taking its guests through a vivid, ‘Chinoise Chic’ encounter that deeply indulges the five senses through an array of signature experiences. The exclusive menu will be available until 15th April.
